Oats and chocolate bonbons

Makes 24

60g butter
1/2 cup bitter chocolate, chopped
2 cups (400 g ) sugar
1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
2 cups (190 g) oatmeal

Put the butter, the sugar and milk in a saucepan and mix over a low heat until the mixture melts well.

Bring it to the boil and keep stirring and heating for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add the oatmeal and chocolate.
Blend well.

Pour the batter into a greased tin and chill for 30 minutes.
Cut circles or squares and serve in small paper cases.
