Mocha icing (Coffee icing)

50g butter at room temperature
1 ½ cup (195 g) caster sugar
1 tablespoon strong coffee hot

Whip the butter in a bowl and add the caster sugar little by little, stirring continuously until the ingredients form a creamy mixture.

Add the hot coffee and keep whipping until well blended.
Spread evenly over the top and sides of the cake.
