Light strawberry ice cream

Serves: 6

1 tablespoon powdered gelatine
600ml water
3 tablespoons powdered skimmed milk
artificial liquid sweetener, to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup fresh strawberries

Soak gelatine in ½ cup water.
Put water, milk, sweetener, vanilla, strawberries and gelatine in a blender and blend them well.
Set aside for some minutes.
Pour into a freezerproof container and freeze until solid.
Remove from freezer some minutes before serving.
