Lemon icing

2 cups (260 g) caster sugar
4 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons, approx. water

Sift the caster sugar into a bowl. Add the lemon juice and the water.
Blend well until obtaining a mixture with a suitable consistency to spread.

( Add more caster sugar if necessary). Spread it over the cake as soon as you take it out of the oven.
This coating does not allow decorations.
