Fruit salad in jelly

Serves: 8

INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon (1 packet) diet strawberry jelly
1 tablespoon (1 packet) diet peach jelly
1 tangerine
1 kiwifruit
1 banana
1 peach
lemon juice
orange juice
mint leaves to decorate

PREPARATION
Prepare jellies with half of the water indicated in the packet.
Allow to set in the fridge, in a rectangular dish.

Peel tangerine and separate into segments and remove seeds.
Peel and slice kiwifruit, peach and banana.
Drizzle with lemon juice.

Place all the fruit in individual serving bowls or glasses.
Cut jelly into cubes and mix with fruit.
Drizzle with orange juice and decorate with mint leaves.
