INGREDIENTS
1 packet vanilla pudding
sugar, as indicated in the packet
1tablespoon decaf instant coffee powder
milk, as required
PREPARATION
Prepare pudding according to the instructions in the packet but, dissolve coffee in hot milk before adding it to the mixture.
Once ready, pour mixture into a loaf tin lined in ladyfingers or sweet biscuits soaked in coffee liqueur or any other liqueur you may like.
Refrigerate until set before turning out.
