INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
1 ½ cups (375ml) milk
100g butter, melted
2 cups (240g) flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
PREPARATION
Whisk eggs until fluffy.
Stir in milk and butter.
Sift flour, salt and baking powder and fold into egg mixture.
Mix well with a wooden spoon to form a smooth batter.
Use a pre- heated, nonstick wafer maker.
Pour batter at the center and allow to flow until it reaches the edges.
Close and cook until ready. Turn out . Repeat procedure.
Serve warm with honey, corn syrup, creamy caramel, butter. If you like them crispy, do not use baking powder.
