Basic batter for crêpes

Makes: 20

2 eggs
3/4 cup (90g) flour
1 cup (250ml) milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt

Place all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend for some minutes and set aside to stand for 2 hours.

Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons batter into a heated, greased or nonstick crêpe pan and cook over medium heat until lightly brown on both sides.

Remove from pan and repeat with remaining mixture to make about 20 crêpes.
